Executive Office on Early Learning (EOEL)

EOEL leads the development and implementation of the stateʻs early learning system in Hawaii coordinating a Public Prekindergarten program designed for 3-4 year olds.

Free Public Pre-K Charter Schools

Some charter schools offer tuition-free Pre-K programs as part of their public school model. These programs serves 3-4 year olds and vary by location and availability.
