About the event
Nānākuli Summer Nights is a free, family-friendly, multi-generational community celebration hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Hawaiʻi at its Nānākuli Clubhouse. This evening event features:
Youth talent showcase
Keiki activities and educational booths
Hawaiian cultural demonstrations led by community practitioners
Makahiki games and hands-on cultural experiences
Local music and food
The purpose of the event is to bring together the Nānākuli community in a safe, welcoming space that celebrates ʻike Hawaiʻi, strengthens ʻohana bonds, uplifts youth voice and creativity, and increases awareness of community-based resources and programs that support Native Hawaiian families.
