Ladies Night Out: Women's Health Event

Ladies Night Out (LNO) is a public community gathering designed to strengthen kaiāulu by creating shared experiences that connect women to ʻāina, to one another, and to cultural practices that support ʻohana wellbeing.

The event will feature:

• Hands-on, culturally grounded activities
• Opportunities for learning through practice
• Facilitated interactions with community members who share ʻike, moʻolelo, and wellness practices
• Engagement with health-related fields and practitioners providing culturally appropriate health education
• Wellness activities and resource sharing in a community setting

LNO emphasizes active participation, relationship-building, and mālama values that strengthen community bonds and support keiki, ʻohana, and kaiāulu health.
