About the event
Are you already working in the early learning (EL) field and ready to take your career to the next level? This informational workshop is designed to support current early childhood education (ECE) professionals who want to deepen their practice, pursue higher credentials, or explore leadership pathways. Current assistants, teachers, caregivers, family child care providers, and ECE professionals seeking advancement are welcome!
In this session, you will explore advanced pathways such as certificates, degrees, and leadership development opportunities in ECE. You will learn from PATCH Hawaiʻi about professional development trainings, CDA supports, and resources tailored for practicing educators. You will connect with INPEACE Ka Lama Education Academy to discover how they provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and college support for educators working toward higher qualifications.
Additionally, you will hear from UH Mānoa and the Hawaiʻi ECE Tuition Stipend Program about options for advancing your credentials, including bachelor’s, master’s, and graduate-level pathways. Learn how the Muʻo Scholarship through Chaminade University of Honolulu can help you pursue advanced coursework and deepen your expertise.
Lastly, identify the next steps in your professional growth and how to access financial and academic supports to reach your career goals.
