ʻAha Maoli Ola

Join us for the ʻAha Maoli Ola, a two-day workshop in Waimānalo at the Puʻuhonua o Puhā. This event includes a variety of activities designed to promote well-being and healing through traditional Hawaiian practices.

Day 1:

• Lomi demonstration (self and partner lomi)
• Lāʻau demonstration, where participants can make and take a lāʻau infusion
• Hoʻoponopono workshop
• ʻAi pono lunch featuring fresh lāʻau-infused refreshments
• Overnight accommodations available for outer island travelers if needed

Day 2:

• ʻAi pono breakfast for those who stayed overnight
• Ahupuaʻa trade center event with practitioners offering services in pop-up tents, including:
