About the event
Hoʻomau Koʻolau is one of three annual festivals hosted by KEY Project. This festival aims to acknowledge our beloved Koʻolau and celebrate what makes it unique. The goal of this event is to showcase all of the wonderful culturally-based youth programming in Koʻolau.
KEY Project will extend the offer for all Koʻolau-based summer intersession programs to hōʻike at the event, in hopes that Hoʻomau Koʻolau would be an epicenter for summertime hō’ike.
We also strive to have locally owned Koʻolau businesses join us as food, merchandise, or craft and educational booths and vendors. This event is the perfect engagement for Koʻolau community members to come together and build pilina with one another, and with our ʻāina.
